Robert Patrick Armstrong, QC is a retired lawyer and judge.
Armstrong was called to the Bar in 1967 and was appointed a Queen's Counsel in 1978.〔() 〕

Armstrong has appeared in numerous famous cases including Hill v. Church of Scientology of Toronto in the Supreme Court of Canada.〔() 〕
